They had already made it past the part most people worry about.

The pregnancy was progressing,
everything looked normal,
and it finally felt like things were moving forward.

Then it stopped.

After a stable pregnancy, everything suddenly stopped around the second trimester.

Before trying again, they discovered a change in the uterus that needed to be addressed.

Part 3 — Not Everything Stayed
Two implanted, but only one continued — and the pregnancy moved forward from there.
